Yes. The new subdivisions in north and south Fort Worth are a regular part of our schedule. We offer a pre-drywall inspection while framing and rough-ins are exposed, a final inspection before closing, and an 11-month inspection before the builder's warranty ends. Each is a full TREC-format inspection with thermal imaging and a same-day report you can hand directly to the builder.
Can I add a sewer scope to a Fort Worth home inspection?
Yes. A sewer scope is a $300 add-on that runs a camera through the main drain line from the house toward the street. It is not part of a standard inspection because the pipe is underground.
